| Hoosier Young Amateur Radio Working Group meeting was held December
2, 2000 in Fishers Indiana. Special thanks to Dennis Young for arraigning
the meeting location.
Committee Goals:
Terry Adams from Thomson Consumer Electronics presented information on the in school education project that TCE sponsors here in the Indianapolis area. Their program is based on basic electronic kits and hands-on in-classroom participation. During Terry's presentation we discovered that there is a science and technology competition in March of 2001 that our young Hams group might sponsor and use as a launching platform for the introduction of Ham radio to schools state wide. Brief discussion ensued on the following items :

Next meeting of the group will be in Feb, 2001.
