Indiana Net & Traffic Reporting Procedures

Be sure to get the recognition your net deserves. Let Indiana amateurs know that your net is active. This can best be done by reporting your monthly net activity so it can be published for all to see. However, there are reporting and publishing deadlines.

Time Line For Reports

HF Net Managers	Send report to Section Traffic Manager, WA5LOU by the 4th of the month via e-mail to wa5lou@arrl.net		SECTION TRAFFIC MANAGER WA5LOU

VHF UHF Net Managers		Send Report to Section Traffic Manager, WA5LOU. By the 4th of the month via e-mail to wa5lou@arril.net		Send report to Section Manager W3ML, by the 8^th of the month via email to W3ML@ arrl.net	SECTION MANAGER W3ML	Section Traffic Manager Sends his/her report to ARRL HQ by 12th of month	ARRL HQ

Official Relay Stations	Send Report to Section Traffic Manager, WA5LOU by 3rd of the Month via e-mail to wa5lou@arrl.net					Section Manager posts Section Traffic Manager’s Report on: http://www.arrl.org/sections/IN.html

Public Service Honor Roll Applicants	Send Report to Section Traffic Manager, WA5LOU, by 3rd of Month via e-mail to wa5lou@arrl.net
*NOTE:* If reports are not received on time by the State Traffic Manager, the report will not appear on the ARRL site http://www.arrl.org/sections/IN.html nor will they go to ARRL HQ for printing in QST Magazine.

Form of Report

Net Control Stations: Reports are to be sent to the Net Manager for your net promptly. The Net Manager should not be forced to receive a large number of reports immediately after the end of the month, or have to chase after stations for reports, as the deadline approaches.

Indiana QIN CW net: Reports are to be sent to the Net Manager W9ILF Ivin at w9ilf@arrl.net

Indiana ICN Slow CW Net: Reports are to be sent to the Net Manager KB9BVN at kb9bvn@arrl.net

Indiana Traffic Net: Reports are to be sent to the Net Manager WA5LOU Lou at wa5lou@arrl.net

Indiana Digital ARES Net: Reports are to be sent to Net Manager WB9FHP Larry wb9fhp@arrl.net

Other VHF/UHF nets: Reports are to be sent to the Net Manager for your particular net.
