2011 IRCC TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE AWARD

On Saturday July 9, 2001 the IRCC presented the Technical Excellence Award to Carl Luetzelschwab K9LA of Ft. Wayne, Indiana.  Carl was nominated for his outstanding efforts in monitoring and sharing Sunspot propagation forecasts for all Amateur Radio Operators. 

The Indiana Radio Club Council serves to develop better Amateur Radio clubs across Indiana. This fall the 2010 Outstanding Amateur of the Year award will be presented at the Fort Wayne Hamfest.
