Dr. Stouder has been instrumental in getting a modern multi-mode radio station established at the school by using school funding, HARC donations, and personnel from both organizations to assist in the construction and assembly. Dr. Stouder has been responsible for establishing a school-HARC partnership which now facilitates VE Testing and Ham Radio classes routinely at GCHS. As a result of Dr. Stouder's efforts, a semester long technician class will be offered fall semester at GCHS, and the Amateur Radio/Science Seminars will be extended to Greenfield Central Middle School.
